CHALLENGE Q AND A’S

What is included in the 30-day Challenge?

It all begins with your Intro & Strategy Session—our chance to get to know you, understand your goals, and tailor your training to your needs. From there, you’ll have unlimited access to our small group personal training sessions each week. Simply check the timetable and drop into any session that fits your schedule—our coaches will be ready for you.

You’ll also get access to our Fit3D body scanner, giving you a detailed breakdown of your muscle mass, body fat %, measurements, and even posture. Plus, if you need guidance on nutrition, sleep, or daily habits, we’re here to help you build a healthier, stronger lifestyle—inside and outside the gym.

What if I have an existing injury?

We’ve got you. A lot of people come to us with aches and pains or an injury history. We’ll discuss all this in your Intro/Strategy Session, carefully plan your training around any restrictions, and set you on the path to full mobility and strength.

We also work with award-winning physios in the City and a great sports therapist. Helping you moving well and pain free is our number 1 priority.

How much is the CHALLENGE?

The CHALLENGE is a one-off payment of £199, representing unbelievable value for UNLIMITED PT sessions, 3D body scan, Nutrition Coaching all in a dedicated private gym!

What is the Intro Session and what can I expect?

Every member starts with an intro/strategy session with Abby (in the video above) and an optional 3D body scan. This way, we can get a good idea of your challenges and goals, allowing us to tailor your P1 experience, so you can get the most out of your programme.

It’s also a great way to step into P1 without any pressure, meet some of the coaches and observe one of the sessions.

What is Small Group Personal Training?

At P1, Small Group Personal Training is our bread and butter. It’s also one of the main reasons (in our opinion) that we won ‘Best Strength & Conditioning Gym of the North West 2023 and 2024’ at the National Fitness Awards.

How many times can I train?

When you sign up to the CHALLENGE, you get UNLIMITED PT sessions. We will, of course help to structure your training during the INTRO session, because the goal isn’t to cram as many sessions in as possible, but to get fitter, healthier and stronger!
Our sessions last for 50 minutes and run hourly, you can book onto whichever time slot suits you best!

How many people are in the session with one coach?

We found 6 people in a Small Group PT session is the optimal number to make sure training is fun and motivating, but the coach is able to give you individual attention.

What happens at the end of my first 30 days in P1?

If you’ve loved your 30-Day Challenge, you can easily transition to full membership. Membership fees range from £229-279 per month, depending on the length of your commitment.

If you decide P1 isn’t for you after your 30-Day Challenge, there’s no commitment to stay a day longer.
