P1 6-week Challenge

How much is the CHALLENGE?

The Challenge is a one-off payment of £199, representing unbelievable value for UNLIMITED PT sessions, Saturday BoxFit Classes, 1on1 Nutrition Coaching and a dedicated PT Gym for 6 weeks.

What is the Intro Session and what can I expect?

Every member starts with a 1on1 introduction and a 3D body scan. This way, we can get a good idea of your challenges and goals, allowing us to tailor your P1 experience, so you can get the most out of your programme.

How many times can I train?

When you sign up to the Challenge, you get UNLIMITED PT sessions and classes. We will, of course help to structure your training during the INTRO session, because the goal isn’t to cram as many sessions in as possible, but to get fitter, healthier and stronger!
Our sessions last for 50 minutes and run hourly, you can book onto whichever time slot suits you best!

What happens at the end of my 6-week Challange?

You’re free to choose. If you want to carry on and work with us to reach your fitness goals, we’ll suggest an appropriate membership option going forward. 
If you decide that P1 isn’t for you, you can simply say goodbye. We’ll be sorry to see you go, but we accept that we can’t be all things to all people.

How much is the membership after the Challenge?

We have just one membership, but two prices depending on minimum commitment level. If your circumstances are unlikely to change, take advantage of our lower price membership with 12-months minimum commitment at £215. If you prefer flexibility and a shorter minimum term, you can join for £255.

What if I change my mind after payment for the Challenge?

If you decide P1 isn’t for you before or during INTRO session, we’ll give you your money back. No hassle, no questions, no hard feelings. We also offer DOUBLE money back guarantee if you complete the full Challenge and by some miracle see no results.

What if I’ve never been in a gym before or never lifted weights before?

That’s the beauty of PERSONAL TRAINING: We can tailor the session to you, your experience level and any past of current injuries.

How many people are in a session?

We train a maximum of 6 people with the same coach.
