WHY MYZONE FOR BETTER RESULTS

Many of our members use MyZone heart rate monitoring belts during their sessions and get more out of their workouts as a result.

These are 4 of the main reasons why we love MyZone and encourage P1 members to use them:

• MYZONE Effort Points (MEPs) put us all on the same playing field, so everyone can play REGARDLESS of their fitness level. By rewarding you based on your relative (to you) intensity (% of maximal heart rate), we can have friendly challenges within and across P1, gauge the intensity of our workouts, and strive for our personal best. 

• MYZONE doesn’t just give us immediate feedback on what’s happening to our heart during our workout—it provides a detailed history of our workouts that is accessible to you, us coaches and our social connections. This allows us and the members to monitor recovery, load and training frequency better, taking the guesswork out of finding what works FOR YOU!

• How cool is it to interact with and see workouts from other exercisers around the world?! On days when we might feel like skipping a workout, there’s a whole community of MYZONE users who are making exercise a priority and getting it done! Talk about motivating, right? 

• MYZONE provides P1 members with several avenues for accountability, and it rewards them when they reach their goals. Ways we can monitor progress include: 

1. Setting Personal Goals in your MYZONE accounts 

2. Moving up to the next MYZONE status based on consistently training over a period of time (Iron, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, & Hall of Fame) 

3. Participating in challenges within P1, constantly pushing yourself to get better and harvesting some extra motivation is a great way to get through the dark morning get ups.
