DECIDE TO MAKE A CHANGE AND SIGN UP

ATTEND YOUR INTRO SESSION
We begin with an intro session where we explain how everything works, analyse your body measurements and prescribe the most effective training and nutrition program for you
 - Step 3 -
GET PAIRED UP WITH OUR COACHING TEAM
After completing your intro session you'll be set up on our app, where you can communicate with our coaching team 24/7. Through the  P1 Fitness App, we can also look at your nutrition, track your daily activity and your progress to be able to offer you relevant, personalised support.
 - Step 4 -
LIFE CHANGING TRAINING
Every week you'll be coached through three coaching sessions that are specifically designed to help you reach your fat loss or strength and muscle building goals.
 - Step 5 -
GET GUARANTEED RESULTS
Follow the program and we absolutely guarantee you’ll get impressive results, we're that confident in what we do - but if you're not happy with your progress, we will happily give you a full refund.

CONTINUE YOUR JOURNEY
As your 30-day programme is coming to an end, our coach will assess your progress, set some targets and, should you decide P1 Manchester is for you, discuss the different options available to continue your journey with us.
