P1 is NOT for everyone - and we're not afraid to say it. This isn't the sort of place where you put your headphones on and die of boredom on the treadmill, not talking to anyone. 
We believe the key to a positive health and fitness experience is great coaching and program design, in a fun, inclusive atmosphere, so we tend to listen to cheesy music and tell jokes as teaching tools. 
We don't  care for fancy machines or the latest fads, we use a combination of body weight and free weights and we prize technique and safety over simply getting exhausted; we only deal in what actually works, so you get the results you're after.
