Our classes are aimed at a way of complimenting your small group sessions to maximise results. They are coached the P1 way, focussing on a variety of training modalities from aerobic conditioning work, building lean muscle or stretching to aid mobility and recovery.

SWEAT
High energy intervals tailored to you using MyZone monitor, this class is designed to help members increase aerobic and anaerobic fitness while earning a huge calorie burn.
STRETCH
It’s vital we take time to look after ourselves, reduce the risk of injury and aid recovery. Stretch takes members through a range of movements designed to work on flexibility an mobility.
PILATES
Similar to stretch in a way that Pilates promotes healthy joint action, flexibility and mobility, but also with an added core strengthening element.
HEART RATE ZONE CARDIO
The purest form of cardiovascular training. Get your headphones on, burn some calories and synchronise your heart rate with your effort level.
