Your own dedicated coach is going to personally make sure that all your questions are answered during the 30-day programme. They will arrange an initial meet & greet with you to set you up on our booking app and show you around the studio. Guess at nothing!
SPPT or Semi-Private Personal Training sessions are the core of everything we do at P1. These coached PT sessions are delivered in groups of 1-4 and last 50 minutes each.
Doesn't matter whether you can deadlift 200kg or not sure what a deadlift is, we meet you where you're at and make sure you make maximum progress with us!
These are class based workouts, with participant numbers ranging between 6-15 and sessions normally lasting 45 minutes.
These workouts tend to revolve around conditioning and cardio work or mobility based programmes, such as pilates, yoga or stretch, but we also have some CaveFit and BoxFit sessions that are extremely good fun.
You have the option to take these sessions online and tune in from your own home too!
Every P1 member and accelerating member is able to have 1on1 time with our Head Coach and in-house qualified dietician. We recommend meeting/calling once a month to evaluate progress and set goals for the upcoming weeks.
We use this unique piece of kit to measure progress, instead of awkward, half-naked photos. With this machine, we can calculate your body fat percentage, all body measurements, BMI, Basal Metabolic Rate and you receive a full postural assessment. The computer even builds a 3D image of you, alongside a comprehensive report. Swanky!
Alongside the brilliant atmosphere in our state-of-the-art studio, you can also immerse yourself in the members' only area of the website for home and hotel workouts, recipe books, calorie guides and more...
Ohhh, and have we mentioned the members' only Facebook group?
